  4. It goes live, we look after it

    The monthly fee starts the day your site is live. It covers hosting, your domain, security and small edits whenever you need them.

Do I pay anything for the sketch?

No. The homepage sketch is free and you’re under no obligation to go ahead.

When do I pay?

The setup fee is due before we start building. If we agree on it, you can pay half upfront and half when the site launches.

When does the monthly fee start?

The day your site goes live. Not before.

Is the domain included?

Yes, while you’re on a monthly plan. Your-business.ca or .com, whichever is available and suits you.

I don’t have good photos. Is that a problem?

Phone photos are fine. We’ll tell you which shots would help most and how to take them in good light.

Do you only do websites?

For now, yes. Websites are what we sell today. We also build other software, and we’ll offer more of it to small businesses once it’s ready. If you have a problem a website won’t fix, mention it on the call anyway.
